How it works.
In darkness the brain releases melatonin, the hormone that tells the body night has come, and light that reaches the retina, even through closed eyelids, suppresses it. SOVO® gives your eyes darkness, even on bright Icelandic summer nights, without touching your eyelids.

How to use it.
- 1Wash the mask before first use, as with any textile.
- 2Place the mask over your eyes with the contoured nose bridge down towards your nose. Pull the strap high on the back of your head so it does not touch your ears.
- 3Adjust the buckle so the mask sits snugly enough to block light without pressing on your face. If light leaks in, tighten it a little or move it to the centre of your face.
- 4Wash it after about seven nights. Hand washing lasts longest; it can also go on a gentle 30 °C cycle in a wash bag. Dry flat.
