How it works.
EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart, and the effect comes with 250 mg a day. Two small softgels give 260 mg, bound to phospholipids, together with choline, which contributes to the maintenance of normal liver function. No fishy aftertaste.
- Omega-3 (EPA and DHA)
- Fatty acids your body makes only in small amounts. They are built into the membrane of every cell, the heart's among them.
- Phospholipids
- The molecules cell membranes are made of. In krill oil the omega-3 is bound to them.
- Choline
- A nutrient the liver uses to move fat out and to build cell membranes.
- Astaxanthin
- The red pigment in krill. It protects the oil itself from oxidation.

How to use it.
