How it works.
NAD+ is the molecule your cells use to make energy and to repair themselves. It starts to fall already in your thirties. NAD Total gives your cells the raw material: 300 mg NR, a form of vitamin B3, with TMG and spermidine in one capsule a day.
- NAD+
- A helper molecule in every cell. It carries the energy from food to the mitochondria and powers the enzymes that repair DNA.
- Mitochondria
- The cell's power plants. This is where food becomes ATP, the energy the cell runs on.
- NR
- Nicotinamide riboside, a form of vitamin B3. The cell turns it into NMN and then into NAD+.
- TMG
- When NAD+ is used, nicotinamide is released and cleared with methyl groups. TMG supplies them.
- Spermidine
- A compound from wheat germ studied in connection with the cell's own clean-up. Research is ongoing.

How to use it.

- 2After opening, keep the jar in the fridge with the lid tight, or in a dark, dry and cool cupboard. Keep the moisture absorbers in the jar.
