How it works.
Your hearing never switches off: during sleep the brain keeps screening sounds, and a sudden noise can cause a brief arousal you will not remember in the morning. SleepDeep reduces noise by 27 dB on average and stays in place when you sleep on your side.
- Arousal
- A few seconds of lighter sleep caused by a sudden sound. You rarely remember it.
- Decibel (dB)
- The scale for loudness. It is logarithmic, so a few dB make a big difference.
- 27 dB
- The sound energy reaching your eardrum drops to about one five-hundredth, which the ear hears as roughly a sixth of the loudness.

How to use it.
- 1Straighten the ear canal: hold the top of your ear and pull it gently up and back.
- 2Insert the plug in the direction of the ear canal, press lightly on the base with your index finger and wiggle it gently until it sits firmly.
- 3Keep the plugs in the case between nights so they stay clean and last longer.
Do not use earplugs with earache, an ear infection or after recent ear surgery without consulting a health professional. Stop using them if discomfort persists.
