What it does for you

How it works.
Glutathione is your cells' own antioxidant: every cell makes it and uses it to neutralise reactive compounds formed in normal metabolism. Studies have measured lower glutathione in older adults. GlyNAC supplies two of its three building blocks: glycine, and cysteine from NAC.
- Antioxidant
- A molecule that neutralises reactive oxygen compounds before they damage the cell.
- Glutathione
- A small molecule of three amino acids that every cell makes itself. The liver has the most.
- Glycine
- The smallest amino acid. The body also uses it to make collagen and creatine.
- NAC
- N-acetylcysteine, a stable form of the amino acid cysteine. Cysteine is the building block that usually runs short.

How to use it.
- 1Two capsules a day (500 mg NAC and 500 mg glycine), preferably with a meal.

- 3Tolerates room temperature but keeps best in a cool, dry and dark place. In the fridge if it is to last several months.
